Our first experience with Angel began over twenty years ago, still today, we learn so much from him

We first met Angel during an Open House in 1994 while looking for our first home to buy in San Pedro, we immediately developed a rapport, he went above and beyond during the entire process, always keeping us informed along the way, having our best interest at heart, while dealing with multiple offers, we got our dream home for a fair price. Since then, we felt more than comfortable asking Angel if he would represent us selling my in-laws home in San Pedro in 2014, he helped us a great deal, guiding us with what repairs were necessary, and made the sale within 1 week on the market, we were out of town when he surprised us with the news, he still made the process so easy while doing paperwork, signatures ect. through the doc-u-sign system. Most recently we again turned to Angel to sell my mothers home in Wilmington, built in 1923, it needed lots of repairs, he knew exactly what was necessary, and referred us to only the best experienced and knowledgeable contractors for each repair. Angel always made himself available to us with our many questions and guidance needed. The home had lots of interest even before all the repairs were completed, Angels experience in knowing who to contact was huge, in the end, the home sold quickly. Having to sell both our parents homes was an emotional process, homes filled with many great memories. In addition to Angels Real Estate experience and professionalism, he has also shown us to be very compassionate and understanding, and always kept us informed with every detail. We have comfort in knowing we can always trust him with any Real Estate needs in the future.
