Unfortunately we had a negative experience with our mortgage lender but thankfully Angel was there to provide good sound advice not only on the purchase of our family home but throughout the entire mortgage process. Angel's knowledge of the real estate industry (and patience - she showed us countless houses) was extremely beneficial in negotiating the sales price in a competitive market. Her assistance and preserverance with the mortgage lender was invaluable. The lender rescheduled the closing 3 times and dragged the process out over 45 days. Angel kept in constant communication with the lender and us to ensure our family was able to close by our deadline. Angel is truly a wonderful person and awesome real estate agent - I highly recommend her services!
