I’ve spent 27 years in the medical industry, serving as Vice President of Operations at University Dermatology Center. During my time there, I helped grow the practice from just 5 employees to 52 by focusing on business development, expense analysis, marketing, and organizing business operations for maximum efficiency.
I have a passion for identifying opportunities, creating strategies, and building systems that help businesses grow while fostering a strong team culture. My years at UDC taught me the importance of balancing operational efficiency with exceptional client service, and those lessons continue to guide my work today.
I’ve recently transitioned into my family business, RE/MAX Complete, where I’m excited to further develop my skills and apply my experience in business growth to the real estate industry.
