Angel helped me sell two properties. One was a rental with a very 'challenging' tenant in place, Angel went above and beyond acting as a buffer between the tenant and buyers. And with me living out of state many of the things I should have taken care of were dumped in her lap. She handled it all with patience and fortitude. She also helped sell my mother's house, a job with it's own challenges dealing with my elderly mother whose memory is fading fast. I doubt I could have expected any other agent to do more 'non-agent' stuff to help make the sales happen. Recommended without hesitation!
