Anette took us on, not knowing what she was getting into. I know I was a difficult client, and she was just amazing throughout. We knew what we wanted, and had already found our little dream home, even before calling a real estate agent. Unfortunately, that home was already spoken for; but there was this sweet little house, literally around the corner, and we fell in love with it. Anette bent over backwards to help us, and listened to me rant on more than one occasion. IF, and I mean IF I ever buy another property, I will definitely be looking her up. Even on the day of closing, when she had gotten seriously ill, she made sure we were covered. She was on the phone, and getting people where they needed to be. I can't thank her enough.

First time home buyers here, and Anette really pulled through for us. Kept us up to date on the paperwork, and was knowledgeable on what we needed to do next. She took a lot of stress and worries off the table for us. She didn't mind showing us the same house over and over, even after we knew it was what we wanted (once was just to measure the windows). She was amazing and I could tell she was a people person from the get go.

I just purchased a second home in the Coldwater area. At the present time I live out of state. Anette went out of her way to help me on every aspect on purchasing the home. She was very quick with her responses & keeping communication an utmost priority from a 250+ mile distance. She is very knowledgeable of the area. Plus, she is still helping me with people I need to be in contact with to do some upgrades on the property! What a trooper! Anette is very friendly, open, honest and a great person to work with upon purchasing a home. I would recommend her to anyone interested on a real estate transaction.
