I strongly recommend Andy Young to anyone who needs to buy or sell a house. I just sold my house with his help and my experience was completely positive; below are some thoughts: 1) Excellent and comprehensive service: Andy and his team fixed all of the minor and major issues around the house, including pipes, water heater maintenance, sink disposal, A/C maintenance, fireplace starter, hornets' nest, etc. As a single lady, living that house for 19 years, I've let many of these small issues pile up and Andy and his team was able to take care of all of it at very reasonable prices. 2) Similar to the previous point, Andy has a strong support team who did the cleaning and other bigger projects (carpet and light fixture replacements) at very reasonable prices. I thought the finished work was great. 3) Extremely knowledgeable and responsive: Andy was there to guide me through the sale and closing every step of the way. He updated me on all major developments in a very timely manner and was able to explain the docs to me. Overall, my experience has been hugely positive and would absolutely recommend Andy as an agent.
