I recently closed a transaction with Andy as a buyside agent. This was our first time buying but not our first time working with a realtor - we had previously looked into buying before with Redfin and another time with a friend of ours who happened to be a realtor as well. After experience both then working with Andy, I highly recommend Andy! We viewed numerous properties and all along the way he provided fantastic advice. Given this was our first purchase he educated us fully with everything from the offer process and drafting up a contract, to putting us in touch with a lender, to the property inspection, which he was present for, all the way through escrow and closing. He even gave us property maintenance advice to top it off! He has an excellent network of loan professionals (we worked with Ryan Purpero at Bank of America - also a 5 star experience!), contractors & property inspectors. Andy is a true professional and we were comfortable at all stages of the process. He was attentive, always answering or returning our calls very quickly, was available to show us properties on short notice and kept us well informed along the way. Plus you knew he was on our side, not pressuring us into a deal that wasn't right for us just to make a commission. Having a true professional such as Andy is well worth it and I will highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy/sell. We will definitely be using him again!
