I haven't sold many houses in my life, and never without a spouse. This was a first. I'm so glad that I chose Andy Twisdale as my realtor. He knows real estate, he knows closings procedures, and he makes the process as painless as possible. Most of all, I appreciate the fact that his responses were immediate. He never kept me waiting and wondering. Andy encouraged me every step of the way, always giving thoughtful feedback and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend him and, if I had to do it over, I'd again, chose Andy Twisdale; he's the best at what he does.
