Andy Sopher worked with me on the purchase of my home in Elk River in 2022. At the time of my home purchase, I also owned a rental property in Paynesville, Minnesota. At the time of my home purchase, my rental home was occupied by tenants who had a lease. I had to wait several months after I purchased my home in Elk River to sell my rental home. Andy guided me through the entire process from listing to closing. The buyers got a rural development loan, and this was a bit different than other types of financing. There were some stringent requirements in order to pass inspection for the buyers to get the loan. Some home repairs were needed, and Andy worked with me and the contractor to ensure the work was completed on time. This was challenging because I live several hours away from the home, and was not able to go onsite. Thanks to Andy's attentiveness throughout the entire process, the sale went smoothly. I am very happy with the service provided by Andy throughout the process of selling my home.
