Andy’s knowledge of the whole process when it comes to buying and selling homes at the same time in my opinion is outstanding. The care he puts in and extra effort to get your home listed helps you get top dollar on the sale of your home. He is a professional and does a great job at advocating for you and advising for your best interests. He is a great communicator keeping you informed about the latest developments or even if he hasn’t heard anything so you at least know nothing has changed. He helped us get into a long term house so although I do not plan on using his services again anytime soon I will certainly recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Andy!

Andy worked with us for the sale of our home. Finding comparable properties was difficult, but he continued with fidelity and had an over asking price within two days of it being on the market. When random things popped up, he handled them with quick efficiency.

Before putting our home on the market, we invested nearly 100K on improvements to the house, such as new roof, new furnace etc. Once it hit the market all the detailed prep Andy Sopher invested went awry when we discovered several issues which caused initial multiple buyers to withdraw their offers. Not deterred, we made the adjustments with Andy while pulling the property off the active market to take care of the issues. Throughout this process, Andy supported our decisions while making recommendations as to strategies to best work through these obstacles. We had to put in a new septic, and Andy worked hard to move the septic company along as they really dragged their feet in doing the work. Andy's perseverance in keeping everything on a tight timeline was crucial as we had already moved out-of-state to our new home. Andy also had to work diligently with regard to working with the sellers agent to move the process through in a smooth manner that best protected our interests. Especially if selling a property, you need Andy Sopher in your corner to expect the best results!
