Andy’s extensive history in reality, especially in San Diego, allowed for us to look at numerous communities throughout—all of which Andy was very well versed in property values and comps. Although it was rare, when he was uncertain of particular information we were requesting he would do his due diligence and find us the information in a timely manner.
