As first time buyers (one of us from abroad!), the housing market can be a daunting and scary place. Not with Andy! Andy’s experience of the industry, candid nature and trustworthy expertise helped to make sure that we closed on the right house, in the right area, at the right price. Andy always had time to show us new houses that came to market; at times, at very short notice! His friendly demeanour and construction / realty experience meant that no stone was left unturned on viewings; he asked all the questions we hadn’t dreamed of asking, which allowed us to learn a great deal during the buying process. Whilst we are thrilled that Andy helped us to secure our first home where we will make countless memories, part of us is sad that we won’t get to spend our weekends looking round houses with Andy.
