Andy's moniker, "Andy Gets it Sold," is an understatement. Andy hit it out of the park. Sold fast, for an amazing price, and less anxiety on our part. He explained what all the costs would be, gave us an itemization, and that's exactly how it worked out. Andy or his assistant, Jacqueline, were on the spot when needed. Andy was amazing! I had to list during the onset of Covid. Andy went above and beyond with safety measures. His willingness to invest money in marketing upfront for my home through flyers and the hiring of a professional photographer was present from the moment I signed a sales contract. His contacts for buyers was also very impressive. Throughout the entire time my home was on the market he and his assistant Jackie were very accommodating as I had 3 kids and animals at home.
