I was referred to Andy by a previous agent I used in another state. Andy learned of my other friendship, and confidently said his goal was to be the same and better. He created searches for my wife and I to narrow our focus. Then in a 2 day spree, he hosted a viewing of about 15-20 houses for us to see. He opened them up, I called my wife on FaceTime, and we looked at the houses together. Once we selected a house, Andy was instrumental in making an offer, coaching us on how things work, and keeping constant communication. He went the extra mile to speak in our behalf. We had just the right amount of communication between texts, emails, and conversations. As a grandfather, father, and husband, Andy has a pleasant demeanor, is proud of his Florida roots, and has an extreme integrity that prevents him from keeping any detail to himself. I am happy to say we bought the first house we put an offer on and we couldn’t have done it so painlessly without Andy’s involvement. Andy is now at the top of my list for anything real estate related as I move forward. He is a great agent, a good man, and a new friend. He is not just in this for the money; Andy enjoys what he does, and he is good at it.
