Andy helped us to sell my parents' home of 40+ years after they moved to a retirement community. He treated their home as if it was his own parents' house and was always considerate of their needs and desires. He helped us set the price and communicated clearly and honestly with us throughout the entire process. I live in Ohio, so Andy and his staff handled all the hands on activity - inspection, scheduling of needed repairs, etc. He truly made this major life event of selling a longtime home much less stressful.
