Our condo unit was personally inspected by the team, suggestions were made as to what needs or should be done to the unit prior to listing it for sale - cleaning, appliance maintenance, painting, what's the best color to garner the best price for the unit. They provided names and contact information for contractors and often scheduled appointments with them to perform needed services. Andy is the greatest realtor that I have ever met. He sold my daughter her first property several years ago and was able to help me with the sale of my home. He definitely knows the market. I am so glad that I met Andy at Jane Carter’s birthday at the Elks Lodge on Sunset Drive. I never forgot him, and when it was time to finally get the opportunity to have him help me sell my Condo, I hired him. The first thing he said was “ thank you” and then he followed it up with” don’t worry about anything, we’ll take care of everything. What a relief, and he was right I wasn’t concerned because he and Katherine took care of everything from start to finish. Andy snd Bonnie are busy people, but you could have thought I was selling a million dollar home, their understanding and efforts were so great even tho they were only handling a small Condo. Please know that they will be recommended by me and anyone else that wants to sell their property.
