Andy & the team here were great. If anyone was wondering - YES, they do only charge 1% commission to list homes. I swore to my wife that there was a catch to it, but there wasn't. We were able to negotiate the buyer's agent commission to be taken care of by the buyer as well, which I was expecting us to have to pay, but Andy was on our side every step of the way. If you want a team that is there for your best interests, these guys are the ones!
