My siblings and I inherited my mother’s home. I had never sold a home before and did not know what to expect, especially in today’s challenging market. Andy sat with me and explained the process and answered all my questions. He was always readily available when I called or texted. He offered helpful suggestions on improvements to the property which would help it sell. When it went under contract Andy explained exactly what would be happening every step of the way along the process. He answered all my questions with patience. I would not hesitate to work with him again and give him my highest recommendation.
