Andria was very helpful on getting photos showing the features of the house. She helped us stage the home and coordinated service providers to fix any areas that needed repaired before final sale. She was very knowledgeable of the market. She was great to work with throughout the process.
Andria listened to my requirements and focused on only sending me house listings that met that criteria. She was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and amenities in various areas. She was very professional and extremely helpful. I was out of state so she would tour homes ensuring they met my needs. She also provided information about service providers who could help equip the home for my needs.
Andria Johnson was exceptional when we worked with her to buy our home, so choosing her again to sell a house was an easy decision, and she exceeded our expectations once again. From start to finish, she went far beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. Her attention to detail is unmatched; nothing was overlooked, and every step of the process felt thoughtful, strategic, and incredibly well managed. What truly sets her apart is her extensive design background. She has an exceptional eye and provided invaluable guidance on presentation, staging, and small but impactful design choices that made a significant difference in how the home showed and ultimately how quickly it sold. She was consistently attentive, responsive, and proactive. She's always one step ahead, anticipating questions or needs before they arise. We felt fully supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. Andria is knowledgeable, meticulous, design-savvy, and genuinely invested in delivering the best possible outcome; she is truly exceptional!
Recently had our home sale represented by Andria Johnson and wanted to share the very positive experience. The process started with a walk though of our home and a comprehensive CMA that made the market value clear and ensured we set a proper listing price. Her interior design experience was very helpful in ensuring the right preparation prior to listing the home so it showed properly and the result was multiple offers and a sale in just 3 days! She handled every aspect of the process perfectly, can’t thank her enough for all the time, effort, and personal attention to make this sale happen. Thank you Andria!!!
