Andria was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in my process of buying my first home. There were some bumps in the home buying process but Andria stayed on top of everything and did a great job of keeping me informed and motivated to do my part. I really just wanted to take a minute to say how grateful I am to Andria for all of her support!! Coordinating so many moving parts, from out of state is so stressful. However, one thing I was never concerned about was the construction of my new townhome or any documents, appointments, etc. associated with it. Andria was on top of it all!! She sent pictures and was always in Communication with me! I honestly don't know how she does it all! She is amazing!!

The 18th of June will make a month since my husband and I have been house hunting and as you know searching for that "right" home is not an easy task. Andria was absolutely awesome, I really thought buying a house was going to be crazy stressful, I mean it is but with Andria it wasn't that bad at all .... -She listened to what we were looking for and no lie found our house in one day. And all through the house buying process she checked on us, made sure we knew what all the paperwork that we were signing meant, what was happening and what we should expect. I freak out easily especially when making big purchases but I didn't freak out as much with this, and buying a house should have sent me into a full on panic attack lol.
