Andria is incredible! We are relocating to Atlanta and buying a home from afar. She started out by helping us understand different neighborhoods we might consider. She spent her weekends going to showing after showing for us, video conferencing with us from each house. She expertly guided us through making competitive offers in a challenging market and negotiating various inspections and Georgia-specific real estate issues as our purchase progressed. Since we are moving from out of state she has gone above and beyond, letting contractors in the house to provide quotes, dragging packages into our new garage, etc. i cannot recommend her enough!

Her marketing using pictures and drone shots made our home look wonderful. Andrea went above and beyond on what we expected of her. She even brought her husband to fix the outside fireplace. Of course, there was no charge for that.
