I can't express in words his expertise and skills, you have to experience it, he really has a knack!! I was working with another agent from last one year and made several bids but no success and then I met Andrew and bid with him - we got it in first bid itself so that says it all and summarizes his local knowledge and negotiation skills. I felt the difference in working with previous agent and Andrew.. I wish, I had met you sooner!! Best things about him is he is straight forward, very punctual and has great managerial skills. Andrew is an awesome agent! He helped me find an off market opportunity and that's the only reason I was able to purchase my house.
