While the property was under agreement of sale, Andrew helped us through a difficult situation involving an oil tank removal. He referred us to a good contractor that provided the proper services to make the process smooth and efficient. While the sale of the property was delayed because of the oil tank removal and we were living out of state, Andrew would periodically check the property and respond to any requests we made regarding it.
