Knowledge is power and Andrew sure knows how to use it! Buying our first home was no easy task but it was made better by the having an agent with care and understanding for what we were looking for and patience to make sure we were getting the best of the best when it came to making the final call to make an offer. We couldn't be in a more perfect house that wouldn't be possible with out Andrew and his team pulling for us the whole way through!

Andrew was fantastic! We had a few hurdles buying our first home. We looked at a lot of homes until we finally found the perfect one for us. Thanks to Andrews advice our offer was accepted! We had a few issues with our first lender and had to switch to another. Again knowledge and professionalism helped up close on our perfect family home.

Andrew was extremely helpful in our search for homes. When we first started looking at properties, we were not very familiar with the market or process of buying a home. Andrew was very informative and always took initiative to research the areas we were looking into to make sure we were getting the best value for the house. In addition, if we had any questions outside of the scope of real estate, he would do the research and provide the information he found or a person to contact with the necessary knowledge to answer the questions we had. I am very grateful Andrew was always available for us to contact at any time. Andrew is a hard worker and he is passionate about what he does which evident in the value he provides his clients.

We recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a new home and for those who want a realtor who cares about what is important to you when purchasing a home.
