Wow. What can I say, Andy has been nothing short of an angel. Moving across the country has been daunting to say the least and in this market especially as a first time buyer. My husband booked a trip out to look at houses and we had one of the worst agents talking us into houses that didn’t meet our specs at all, ultimately didn’t trust and almost wasted the entire trip. The very last day I called KW and told the receptionist our dilemma and she said “I know the perfect person for you!” and transferred me to Andy. He immediately found us listings that matched our specs just from a few ideas I’d given him. He’s intuitive, honest almost to a fault (there were houses he could have talked us into and made more commission but didn’t because he wanted us to find the perfect house), responsive (answers my stupid questions all hours of the day), knowledgeable (knows literally everything about everything), caring and empathetic (very concerned about our budget, additional costs, quality of our lives). I honestly never thought we’d get a decent house in this market and Andy not only made it happen in 2 days of knowing him, he got us a house with a tiny bit of equity already, that we feel is safe, good quality and actually a dream for a first home.
