He was very patient with us as we navigated through a few duds ("Always get a sewer scope" Andrew) and was supportive when things were not promising after inspections. He had access to a number of professional tradesmen to explain the severity of conditions we found in the homes we were looking at. We found a great home we are very happy with in a great neighborhood with his help.
