Great job, always kept us informed. Did everything possible to expedite and close the transaction. Made several trips to home to show the buyer/listing agent all the work done and detailed everything so there were no mysteries. Continued to keep us informed of the progress, offers, best one to consider, counter offers, negotiated a price we agreed on, made adjustments/comprises to close the deal.
