A highly motivated seller, who knows the market well, listens to my concerns, and sell it quickly !

To say I was satisfied with Andrew as my sales rep would be a monumental understatement. This was the first time I've ever sold a home, and couldn't have asked for a better person to do this for me. Firstly, I reside out of state, it was a home I had assisted my mother to purchase, and her sudden death coupled with my personal issues in my home state of Connecticut was a stressor I was unable to cope with alone. Words cannot express my gratitude I have towards this man who was able to put himself in my circumstances, and treat me as a friend in need, and not just another customer. My life was literally falling apart, as I'd have one tragedy after another I'd have to deal with, but was just unable to cope. I thought I had friends who cared about me, but soon realized I was alone when I needed help the most. Andrew knows the market, knows the price ranges which are fair offers, and what price I needed to list the home in order to draw interest quickly. In my case, I needed to list at a price in which my home would sell within 2 months while reaching a minimum threshold in a price I was willing to sell .He did all those things for me, and my home was sold within 4-5 weeks of its listing! I don't believe had I chosen another agent, that he/she would have gone " Above and Beyond" the general duties/expectations of sales rep/home owner as Andrew had done for me considering the mental baggage I was carrying. Andrew had explained what I needed to do in order to make my home more presentable/sellable. Often I would forget, or was unable to do what was necessary to speed up the sale ,or facilitate procuring a higher sale price because I was unable to get the time, or could take the time to address these issues from Connecticut. I've never felt so helpless in my life, and was at risk of losing any chance for a sale, had he not act as a friend and roll up his sleeves and help me !
