We met with Andrew while were were at the house preparing it to be listed. This was for our vacation home and knew any sale would be taking place after we flew back home to Seattle. Andrew took time out of his own to handle a couple last minute home repair tasks that we didn't catch prior to leaving which, we greatly appreciate. He listed and had the open house on schedule and met all the dates we had agreed to. Multiple offers came in, we reviewed, accepted, one buyer backing out wasn't an issue as there were backup offers waiting. From listing to closing it was approx 40 days with a full price offer.
