Great team (Andrew, Derek, Megan & Kristina) – They were always available to answer our questions or hop on a call to discuss options and scenarios with regard to neighborhoods, properties, the offer, loan, etc. They were with us throughout the entire process from determining our wants & needs until escrow closed, even making a second trip back to our selected property to review construction quality, neighborhood, etc. and ensure it was what we were looking for. After finding the home, they were aggressive on our behalf, but also understood the needs of the Seller, so they were able to craft a unique offer that worked well for both parties and secured the house for us against other bidders. They attended all inspections and the final walk through prior to closing to ensure all required repairs that came out of the inspections were completed. Ultimately, they made what could normally be a very stressful event into a painless process.

Truly excellent service!!!! Andrew knows how to get things done. He is proactive, dedicated, capable and INTELLIGENT.
