I'd give him 10 out of 5 if I could. Drew is absolutely the best. He's extremely knowledgeable about OC real estate, especially Newport Beach and the surrounding areas. He goes way above and beyond and honestly has his clients' best interest at heart. We were moving from the east coast and had a number of fairly complex requirements; Drew showed us 2 listings on the first day we went to meet in person, and we ended up putting in an offer on the first house that was accepted a few days later. When he says "don't worry, I got you", he really means it. This applied to the search / close process (both of which he did all the heavy lifting) as well as post-purchase. My wife and I were in NY when the Seller moved out, so Drew came by to check out the house and pick up the keys. He helped us keep the property in good shape while we packed all our stuff up in NY and headed west. Additionally, Drew has a network of the best area architects, contractors, and designers from his own experience as a contractor; we've been working with all his recommendations thus far and are very impressed. Overall, agents tend have a reputation for acting in their own best interest, but my wife I trust Drew 1000% with any house-related decision we need to make. We're clients for life.
