In and Andy with The Peters team helped my husband and I close on our first home in one of the toughest markets for buyers. Despite the tough market, our experience could not have been better. In and Andy helped us every step of the way- they were incredibly responsive and accommodating to any questions we had and showing requests. Most importantly we were able to trust them in guiding us when it came to making an offer and finalizing our contract because they were so knowledgeable. We are thankful to have worked with them and will without a doubt use them in the future.
I could not recommend Andy more highly. He went above and beyond every step of the way. He not only has a wealth of experience and is an amazing agent, he is just a really nice person that we got to know. We were relocating to GA in the middle of the quarantine and he made the daunting task much easier. We were looking for something very hard to find and had a million questions about neighborhoods, schools, commute, mortgages, process, etc... Andy was extremely knowledgable and patient. He took the time to answer everything, and carved out time to bring us to see ALOT of houses. When we could not be there in person, he went to see the homes for us, FaceTiming us in, or sending videos... Andy really advocated for us as his client... He made sure we found a house our family will love and at the right price. He was never pushy and even made sure to let us know if a house we were considering was not a good buy. Even after deciding and locking in on a house... Andy still went above and beyond... he has an incredible network of mortgage lenders, contractors, inspectors. They are an A+ team. Andy is also a creative and MASTER negotiator. He is somehow able to push as far as possible while keeping both sides happy with the final deal. When we thought we were going to have to take things as they were, he pulled out all the stops and saved us even more. He works hard behind the scenes, having the extra conversations with all sides to ask the questions we hadn't thought of, always going the extra mile. Highly recommend Andy!
We have finally closed after over a year of searching for our perfect home! Andy has shown us almost 40 different homes, and has always made himself available (via text, calls, or emails) and flexible to our schedules. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and has a great network (whether you need an inspector, lender, contractor, electrician, garage door repairman - you name it). Most importantly, we could always count on him for his honest opinion. Finally, he is a great negotiator. Highly recommend! (In fact, we recommended our very picky parents to him, and they are in the process of closing with him as well!)
