Andy is perfectly-suited to represent a buyer (which we were this time) or a seller (which we have been on over 12 occasions in the past). He was totally responsive and overcame obstacles created by the sellers' agent throughout the process. He worked weekends, early mornings and late evenings because the other agent, Craig Prescher, was impossible to reach or get a response from. Andy wouldn't give up. He persisted with a positive attitude right up until closing. He has a lot of experience in home renovation which gave him insight into what we were looking for this time...a primary residence with a river view that needed a total remodel. He was more than wiling to show us the same home three times before we decided to take this huge project on. During that time, he showed us several other homes, again without hesitation and with a lot of helpful information about the homes. I have had a real estate license and we have bought and sold so many times that we have more than the average amount of experience with agents. Andy is among the best we have ever worked with and we won't think twice about working with him again, probably in the near future when we buy another rental property. Not only is he a talented agent, he makes the process much more enjoyable. You will appreciate how honest and reliable he is. He will also recommend the best home inspectors or other pros you may need.

While viewing realty listings through a variety of online resources, we found a home we wanted to tour. Since we weren't working with a realtor, we completed the online request for more information. Andy Pelke responded to our inquiry within 20 minutes, even though it was a Saturday evening! During our phone conversation I found Andy to be friendly, easy going, and ready to jump right in and help us with our search! Andy and I worked together to compile a list of homes to tour, fitting well within the parameters we discussed. We subsequently met several times to tour homes. Andy was always punctual, which was important to us as we were driving from quite a distance each time. When we decided to make an offer on a home, Andy handled the business dealings promptly and professionally, which led to a smooth closing! We would (and plan to!) work with Andy Pelke in the future.
