Seaport is a very professional organization that used data to property value and market property and business. Our long-time attorney recommended them. We interviewed three brokerages and selected Seaport. There were a number of hiccups along the way having to do with buyers, but these were well fielded by Andrew O'Reilly and Tim Bray.
