Andrew is a well seasoned professional, adept with the nuances of all areas of Lake Norman living and surrounding area for his clients. His reputation in real estate was the reason we hired him. Glad we did. Recommend to anyone. Will not be disappointed.
We have used Andrew's services six times now and we've always been impressed. With over 20 years operating in the Lake Norman area, he knows the market, his competition, the builders, and many of the tradesmen. That kind of experience is invaluable, especially to a first-time buyer. The level of service provided is what builds a reputation, and Andrew has worked hard to earn his. He's always been prompt with communications and honest with his opinions (important!). His keen eye for spotting flaws to put on a punch list, whether in an older home or new construction, is also very much appreciated. At this point, I can't imagine using another realtor.
Having purchased and sold numerous homes over the past 30 years, we can say without a doubt that Andrew and his associate Andrea surpassed all expectations and measurements. Nagy Properties was able to deeply research our home, town and marketplace and offer excellent guidelines on pricing and marketing. From our property preparation to staging efforts, we experienced truly professional expertise in our home sale. Not only do we strongly recommend Andrew and Nagy Properties, but believe they are at the very top of the “real estate agent market” in the entire Lake Norman/ Davidson area. Our showings went well due to Nagy's professionalism, and from Offer to Contract to Close, each step was effortless. Moving is anxiety-producing for everyone, and the last thing anyone needs is sloppy or uncomfortable issues when it comes to these transactions. Andrew and Andrea lived-up to their reviews from others and made this selling experience, quite literally perfect for us. If we had remained in the area, we would have used their services to purchase our next home; without a doubt.
He works very professionally together with his assistant. The team is committed to their customers. Information about processing was given at any time.
We asked Andrew to help us negotiate a new build, while also continuing to look for possible existing properties to purchase. He knows the area and the market and quickly gained an appreciation for our needs. We interviewed several realtors, and Andrew was the clear choice. He was confident and informative and showed he really wanted our business. As the construction project progressed, he was extremely helpful checking in on progress and sending us photos (we live far away, so his photos were really valuable).
We recently moved to Lake Norman (Davidson) and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience working with Andrew Nagy. He was patient, diligent and was clearly not a rookie working in this highly competitive real estate market. We’re grateful we found him!
Andrew is an amazing agent. He knew exactly what we were looking for even when we did not. He was patient Understanding, knowledgeable, proactive and funny. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top agent.
Many thanks to Andrew and Andrea for helping us through the selling process. We greatly appreciate your knowledge and quick response to our questions. We highly recommend the team at Nagy properties.
Andrew Nagy made my experience seamless and hassle free! He went above and beyond to help me find (and purchase) my perfect home. His knowledge and expertise is beyond impressive and I found him to be very trustworthy. I would never use another realtor after Andrew- he sold my home for me (over asking) and helped me buy a new home when the time was right. If you're looking to buy or sell a home, don't walk, RUN to Nagy Properties!
Andrew Nagy and Associates get the job done. Simply, straightforward, and with integrity, this gentleman was far more than an agent. He was a sharp businessman with a heart. A rare gem indeed. His associate Andrea also provides world-class service. You found a better best. Go for it.
I want to thank Nagy Properties for helping my family sell our Lake Norman vacation home! After interviewing 3 realtors, it was clear that Andrew was the best qualified to list our home. His knowledge of lake properties, energy, and communication were second to none. He previewed our property the first day we spoke, was on his boat checking out the dock and water depth that evening, and had contractor estimates for repair and renovation options within a week. Andrew and his team performed beyond our expectations. Not only did they know exactly what we needed to do in preparation to sell our property, they also understood the special rules, setbacks, water frontage, pier permits, building permits, needed to sell this unique property for the highest possible price. Consequently, we were able to sell the property quickly and without any surprises or delays. Andrew and his team are true waterfront specialists. I highly recommend Nagy Properties to anyone interested in buying or selling a home on Lake Norman!
We've known Andrew & Nagy Properties for about 10 years and were delighted at the opportunity to leverage their local expertise in the selling of our home this past spring. Andrew and team work in a very tailored approach to the situation and needs of their clients and for this we are grateful. They did a great job ushering us through the home selling process during a very stressful time of year. There's a significant level of experience that the team brings together and you are in good company working with Nagy Properties.
