We recently utilized the services of Andrew Nagy and Nagy Properties as our Buyers Agent for our new home. We found our dream home relatively quickly. We found out, when submitting our offer, that there was also another offer submitted on the same day. After submitting our offer, the buyer’s asked each party to resubmit their best offers. We worked with Andrew and his expertise to submit our best offer, and told Andrew we really wanted this house! Our offer was accepted due in part to Andrew’s knowledge of the market and his strong working relationship and negotiation skills with the Seller’s Agent. Once the offer was accepted, Andrew moved extremely quickly to line up several inspections. These included a home inspector, a plumber, a septic specialist, a roofer and a property survey which were all completed within days. Andrew also worked closely with the Closing Attorney, helping to find and correct several errors in the closing documentation prior to our closing. Andrew’s strengths are his knowledge of the market, his responsiveness (always got back to us within minutes), flexibility (has always been available) and a great support group of contractors to get work completed quickly.
