We first met Andrew September of 2016. Since then, we have relied on Andrew to have the insight of the area In Which we were looking to buy, and his knowledge of the area of our interest was outstanding! Andrew was nothing but paitient, honest, encouraging and helpful throughout our selling/buying process. Never once did we feel mislead or pressured into anything we didn't want. Andrew was always diligent with communication and follow ups and made the whole experience as pleasant as can be! Andrew was amazing to work with as we ventured on the new and exciting journey of selling our current home and purchasing a new home. He helped us find the home that was perfect for our wants and needs and also provided the fiscal guidance and advice to ensure that the bids we were willing/able to submit were competitive but also reasonable. In regards to selling our home, his thorough research of the area and knowledge helped us to price the house competitively and his marketing team made the house shine like a new penny! On a personal aspect, he was there to answer all of our questions day or night and help us navigate the intimidating world of real estate. Andrew helped us sell our house. He came in and thoroughly went through our house, letting us know if there was anything that needed to be done to the house as far as staging our furniture or de-cluttering. He did a complete market analysis on what our house should be listed at and had several other realtors from his office come in and independently do the same thing. With all this, we felt confident that our listing price was right. We had an over asking price offer (with some inclusions) the very day we put our house on the market! Andrew was there for the whole process and we smoothly sailed through closing. Andrew also helped us find our new house. He carefully listened to what we were looking for in a house and quickly looked through the available houses. When we didn’t find what we were looking for, he would screen all the new houses coming up on the market and let us know immediately about anything that seemed to fit what we were looking for. That was really important for the market at the time, because good houses were selling really quickly. He was always available to us whenever we wanted to see a house or have a question for him. We were picky buyers and he showed us many houses, but was always patient with us. He wanted to make sure we found the house that was the perfect fit for us. He showed a lot of knowledge when it came to some of the updates that some people had made in their houses. Andrew looks out for his customers and checks to see if major updates have been done with a permit. That was so important for us, to make sure we would be safe in our new house. We were able to find our perfect house in no time with Andrew’s help.
