Andy Meadors brings more than 30 years of experience in branding, marketing, and business development to his real estate career.
As the owner of a graphic design and branding agency, he has helped businesses and organizations build trust, communicate their value, and stand out in competitive markets. His marketing expertise gives buyers and sellers a distinct advantage throughout the real estate process.
A longtime Big Bear resident, Andy is known for his approachable personality, humility, and heart for serving others. He believes real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people confidently navigate life's important decisions.
Working alongside his wife, Rachael Smith Meadors—one of Big Bear's leading real estate professionals—Andy combines innovative marketing, local knowledge, and a client-first approach to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
Having experienced seasons of loss, hardship, and personal restoration, Andy understands the challenges many people face. His faith has been the foundation of his healing and continues to shape both his personal life and professional relationships.
Andy and Rachael are co-authors of Transformed by Trouble and Divorce to Deliverance and are currently writing a third book on addiction recovery. Together, they lead a weekly Life Recovery group, helping people find hope through challenges including addiction, trauma, grief, and codependency.
Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys endurance sports, fitness, travel, and serving others. A former CrossFit gym owner and coach, he continues to pursue personal growth through Ironman 70.3 and HYROX competitions. Andy and Rachael also support home-building projects for families in Cambodia, reflecting their shared commitment to faith, service, and making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
