Andrew is a fantastic agent -- very detail-oriented, responsive and helpful during the entire process. He pointed out features (or the absence of) that I hadn't considered in prospective homes, and was invaluable during negotiation, inspection, appraisal, walkthrough and closing. Andrew's relationships with lenders and inspectors also proved to be very beneficial. Perhaps most of all, I appreciated Andrew for constantly going the extra mile. For example, he had already checked out the house before I arrived for the walkthrough, and purchased a couple of outlet covers the seller had missed. He also brought a ladder to verify a roof repair had been completed properly. Andrew is an outstanding agent -- one I recommend highly and would use again in a heartbeat.
