Words cannot express enough what a great realtor Matt has been to me! He helped me purchase my very first home. He made the process very smooth and easy, especially for a first-time, super-nervous buyer. When I first started looking, I was being particularly picky about everything. Matt took the time to listen to my concerns and wants - and actually remembered them! Using what I told him, he was selective in what he showed me, aiming to meet my preferences. He never pushed me into anything that I wasn't excited about and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. In the end, he found the perfect place for me! Matt helped me find a new home in Colonia. Matt was very responsive and patient. We looked at many homes together over a 2 month window. Matt knows the markets that he covers and is a great real estate agent. I highly recommend Matt.

I had a great experience working with Matt. Prior to Matt, I worked with several realtors and it was like I had to constantly repeat myself regarding my wish list. Sometimes, I felt pushed to seeing houses I had no interest in. You would think that some of the realtors would like to show you something that you can afford, in an area you desire and that has all the items on your wish list. Some of these realtors would show me homes I wasn’t interest in but what they thought I should buy. I found myself going through different realtors every week. At that point, I was getting discourage about buying a house. Then one day I saw a house that caught my eye and I called the listing agent and was referred to Matt and was told he would be able to help me see that house. I couldn’t believe how responsive Matt was to all my requests and questions. From the beginning he seemed interested in what I was looking. He never asked me for the list of my wish list and he never showed me a house he knew I would not be interested in. He would contact me every day with new listings and he was smart enough to set up appointments back to back so that we didn’t waste any time. He was not pushy at all and always had a pleasant attitude. He never seemed annoyed after we saw a house that I was not interested in. Some of the previous realtors would make faces. He was very knowledgeable about the areas, history of the property and everything about the process of buying a home. ?? He would give me suggestions that made a lot of sense to me and always make it know that my needs were his upmost interest. Working with him was the greatest experience I had ever had with a realtor. I would recommend his to any of my friends that would be looking for a home.
