My first conversation and phone meeting with Andrew Manning was when the Malibu fires broke out in January 2025. He wanted to talk to me and hear about my property even though he was minutes away from having to evacuate from his home. I could not believe his calmness during this very dangerous time. I knew from that point on we would work well together. Andrew guided me through all the improvements that were necessary in order to get it up to market value. I followed through with everything he suggested even though I was concerned about spending the extra money. It did pay off in the end as he said it would. There were issues with my management company as well as some of the tenants. Andrew always stayed calm and professional. He has a wonderful sense of humor even during challenging situations.my property sold quickly at over market value. I’m so grateful for Andrew and his wonderful team.
