A friend passed away in Feb and I was appointed executor of the estate. The primary asset was the Valley Glen home. Small (1,050 sq ft) but very well maintained and it showed beautifully. In a single day, Andrew gave us a comprehensive tour of the area, and showed us a fantastic series of homes, all of which met our requirements. We found our house that day. Andrew is so experienced that the escrow process was easy and hassle free. As we drove through the area, he was giving us the background on almost every house--when that house last sold, who used to own it--what to look out for, etc. It was seriously impressive.

Andrew first sold my mothers home. He had to deal with a difficult neighbor who was attempting to interfere with the sale.
