"When i first started searching for a broker, it was very important that i found someone who knew the market, had great marketing ideas, and someone who could go above and beyond. I inherited this house and live in the Northeast. The house was not in the greatest condition, so i needed someone who would be willing to assist in getting it ready to sell. I did a lot of research and met with over ten agents, and i couldn’t have been happier with my decision. The day i met Andrew i knew he was the broker i wanted to sell the house. Since i lived in NJ, he went way above and beyond and helped to coordinate different things to get the house ready. He met with contractors, took amazing photos, met with electrician, met with water company, and helped secure cleaners, movers, and garbage collection. I have bought and sold many homes in NY and NJ. I wish Andrew lived in my area as i would use him for every transaction i do going forward. Andrew is professional, honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. I know that if i did not have Andrew as my broker, this would have been a very difficult transaction for me, as i lived a thousand miles away. He was excellent and i would highly recommend him."
