I was privileged to have Mr. Occhipinti as my real estate agent to help sell my property in Naples, Florida. he was very attentive to understanding my state of knowledge about the issues to be addressed and focused on helping me understand what I needed to know. he did not repeat when I found out that I knew something or grasped what he was saying. thus, making everything very efficient. he walked me through a lot of scenarios, and discussed matters I had not thought about. also he extended himself to take care of matters since I was not on site and would not be able to attend the closing. overall, the experience was much less stressful than I had feared and Mr. O. was excellent.
