They are excellent communicators, very responsive, detailed oriented, great people, and extremely knowledgeable of all things real estate. We worked with them for both buying and selling, and they make what can be a very emotional and stressful process a breeze They give great advice and really want what is best for their clients over just making a sale. Andrew, Leslie, and Nina are a fantastic team! We met them while casually looking at houses and chose them from a selection of relators we met and from amongst recommendations from friends and family. Andrew is very well connected and resourceful throughout the whole project. Leslie has a great eye for property and what the design and arrangement possibilities are with specific layouts. Nina was great for making everything a smooth process with regards to our busy schedule (holidays, work, family, etc). We are very happy with the whole process as well as the outcome. Can’t ask for a better team and we would happily work with them again.

Andrew and Leslie were very responsive. They listen to our needs and gave us directions to make the sale as quick as possible. We listed our property and accepted an offer in less than a week and closed within 3 weeks. They also helped with staging the house. Overall, they were excellent to work with.

Andrew and Lesley are a great team.    For any project, I look for professionals that I trust and enjoy working with.  Andrew always gave us his honest opinion.  He never tried to push us with hard sales tactics.   We had a long list of requirements for our new house, and Andrew was very patient.  Buying a house can be very emotional, but Andrew and Lesley went above and beyond to make it as fun as possible.   We had a great experience.
