For anybody selling or buying a home it can be an overwhelming experience to say the least. Working with Andrew and his team took away any fears, questions and hesitations from the start. The entire team was very professional, informative and there every step of the way! To be able to reach out with hundreds of questions and get immediate responses was very reassuring! We were hesitant to try and sell during this covid-19 pandemic, but with the marketing strategy Andrew Lewis and his team provided we had about 75 pre-qualified buyers come look at our home only 3 days after listing. Of those 75 buyers we had 25 that made over asking offers! 4 short days of being on the market, we ended up accepting an offer for $100k over our asking price!!!
