Firstly, we met with Andrew a year ago and never felt pressured to put our home on the market . He listened , answered our questions, made suggestions , and whether we decided to wait or changed our retirement strategy, he met us right where we were at. He was patient when we changed directions, he provided guidance without being overbearing , allowing us to trust him. Building trust is a gift that he has, and I would suggest him to anyone buying or selling a home because of his integrity. His handle on social media is engaging and funny , making a superstar out of your home and celebrating the positives. We had so much fun sharing his videos! His take on different neighborhoods are informed , and balanced giving a thoughtful overview of different places one might choose to live, allowing for one place to mean something different to people in different stages of life. Again, he has a point of view, but always felt when working with him , that he was more interested in OUR point of view and what WE wanted. His thoughts and feelings and opinions on what and where and how we should move forward didn’t come into play . Rather he listened and then formulated a plan that would help US achieve OUR goals. But if asked, he would share his expertise without attachment . Excellent!!! Finally, he is great at setting up communication on a thread with his team which just became a simple “go to” place to ask questions and get directions. The appropriate person would see our question and answer it , but Andrew always knew what was going on and would make sure everything took place in a timely manner. Most impactful was when we had a time contingency to sell our house and buy the house we wanted and Andrew had called us to discuss options and strategies. So on a triple digit hot Saturday afternoon , he made the change we agreed on, and by the end of the weekend , we had our buyers! Trustworthy and a man of action..great qualities in a realtor ! We were blessed to work w/him!
