In 2016 we were referred to Andrew by a friend after we had been ignored by the first realtor we thought about using. Choosing Andrew instead was one of the best decisions we ever made. He was always very timely with responses, able to work with our schedule, and constantly kept an eye out for a listing he thought we would be interested in. He was knowledgeable when it came to looking at different areas in Hampton Roads. I know he does a lot of work in Virginia Beach but we looked at houses in both Chesapeake and Suffolk and he was able to give us a lot of information. Over anything else he definitely does his research. Since my fiancé and I were first time home buyers it was nice to have Andrew there for both support and knowledge. He put our best interest in mind and he was able to find us the perfect house in our price range - and I know we had some high expectations. He put in all the hard work and we just had to look at houses and sign paperwork. When we moved out of the area in 2018 we, no question, decided to use Andrew to sell our house. He encouraged us to sell the house at a higher rate than we originally planned based on how well he knew the market in our area. He got us a professional photographer to take pictures and help guide us through the staging process. As selling newbies it was overwhelmingly helpful. Our house sold in 5 days because of it. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone.
