We originally listed our house to sell with Andrew a few years ago. The experience was great. He helped us every step of the way. The house sold quickly and for more than what we were asking. We had multiple offers. Recently we enlisted Andrew to help us purchase a house and again he helped us through the entire process. He always responded quickly to anything we asked of him. There were many challenges which came up and he always came through with an excellent solution which required diligent negotiations with the seller and seller's realtor. He is always fair and honest in business and always reasonable with suggestions and solutions. We would highly recommend him for buying or selling a home.
