Andrew went above and beyond to quickly sell my home in a down-turning market!! There were several loose-ends with my home that needed cleaning up prior to sale, including a bathroom remodel, and an open permit with the city. Andrew and his network of experts made all of the needed upgrades, and resolved the permit. He managed everything for me all while I was living hours away.
